November 23: Mexican Navy Day

1130

A day like today is remembered as a memorable date when the SEMAR managed to render the Spanish troops that did not recognize the Independence of Mexico

The Navy-Navy Secretariat of Mexico celebrates its day today.

Every November 23, it is remembered as a memorable date that SEMAR managed to render the Spanish troops that did not recognize the Independence of Mexico, whom they entrenched for years in San Juan de Ulúa.

This event, which took place in Veracruz, marked the power of the Mexican Navy and achieved National Sovereignty.

Since then this Secretariat is responsible for ensuring the safety of Mexicans and the government.

Our thanks to those who are part of this institution. Congratulations!
