The global commercial real estate services company Cushman & Wakefield has announced its annual ranking ” Main Streets Across the World “, in which they list the most expensive streets around the world.
In this 2019, the title of the most expensive street in the world was taken by Causeway Bay, in Hong Kong, which last year dethroned Fifth Avenue in New York, which had been in the first place for five years; and it is that a rent in the street of Hong Kong amounts to 2 thousand 745 USD per square foot per year.
