Sinaloa .- Before you begin you should know that on the last day to register for the auction you will have available two houses used by Joaquín Guzmán Loera “El Chapo” ends today, so here we tell you how to register.

Steps to register at the house auction.

  1. Buy the Sales Bases, which cost 100 pesos (November 1 to 9). 
  2. Registration of guarantees, with a value from 10 thousand to 100 thousand pesos (November 1 to 9).
  3. Receive registration confirmation
  4. Go to the delivery of pallets that will take place on November 9 at the Buyers Attention Module of the Institute, located in Insurgentes Sur 2073, Col. Guadalupe Inn, Alcaldía Álvaro Obregón and on November 10, in the place of the event.

There are seven houses in Culiacán, Sinaloa, which will be auctioned during November 10 in Los Pinos. Of these seven, two were used by Joaquín “El Chapo” Guzmán while escaping army operations. 

One of the two houses that will be auctioned that were used by “El Chapo”, is located on Calle Río Humaya 130, in the Guadalupe neighborhood, it is of two levels and includes utensils and will have a starting price of 2 million 054 thousand 782.73 pesos (price without VAT).

House of the Colonia Libertad. 

The second house is located at the address on Constituents Emiliano García 1811, in the Libertad neighborhood. This will have a starting price of 2 million 440 thousand 050.98 pesos (without VAT).

House room located in Cerro de las Siete Gotas 642, in the Antonio Rosales or Colinas de San Miguel neighborhood

Finally, it is pointed out that Culiacán is the house that will have the highest starting price, costing 11 million 224 thousand 445.82 pesos (exit price without VAT), which is located in Cerro de las Siete Gotas 642, in the Antonio neighborhood Rosales or Hills of San Miguel. It is three levels and includes utensils. Plot: 648 m2. Construction: 348.50 m2.
