The traditional festivities will take place from the 15th to the 17th of November in the main cities of Sinaloa
From November 15 to 17, the Yoreme 2019 Meeting will be held in three municipalities, being Culiacan, Ahome, and Mazatlan that will be able to enjoy these traditional Mayo – Yoreme festivals.
In a press conference the director of the Sinaloense Institute of Culture, Papik Ramírez Bernal announces the activities, noting that these holidays will be held in order to enrich the traditions, with an investment of the federal government and state government, with the order of A million and a half pesos.
This meeting will have 82 cultural events distributed in these three municipalities, where two foreign countries will be present, as well as national groups. In this meeting, there will be workshops, exhibitions, and ceremonies.
The head of the ISIC was accompanied by the director of artist activities, the Alejandro Mojica cultural institution, and the teacher Yoreme, coordinator of the meeting, Bernardo Esquer, who welcomed the Mayo Yoreme language.
