VIDEO: Long lines outside Emilio Ibarra Stadium in Los Mochis for the inaugural baseball game

A large number of people cram the outside of the Cañeros house in order to ensure their presence at the inauguration

Los Mochis, Sinaloa.- This Wednesday morning long lines were seen outside the Emilio Ibarra Almada stadium, looking for tickets to the inaugural game that will hold the Cañeros club of Los Mochis and Los Algodoneros de Guasave on Saturday, October 12.

From early on, some fans crammed the exterior of the Cañeros house in order to ensure their presence at the baseball party. Omar López, Óscar Gutiérrez and Jessica Dueñas, spoke in a survey conducted by Línea Directa at the box office.

“It’s an extra fun, we thank you that the season has arrived, and then happy nothing more, with the sacrifice year after year, being in lines, battles to buy tickets, internet sales,” said Omar.

“… Yes, at dawn I was the first one who arrived before 4 in the morning, but thank God we have tickets in hand and then waiting for the game for Saturday,” said Oscar, first in line.

“… They should have sold (tickets) only in the app (mobile application), this is a show”,

-What made you come?

“… Because I couldn’t buy it in the app,” said Jessica, the first woman to buy a ticket.

It should be noted that, while those queuing withstood high temperatures, the tickets “flew” on par in online sales mode.

The opening day in Los Mochis is scheduled to start from 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 12, with the visit of Los Algodoneros.

But first, on Friday, October 11, the Cañeros open the 2019-2020 season of the Mexican Pacific League in Guasave.
