TIJUANA.- Grupo Calimax relaunches its own brand of meats with a massive family event in the parking lot of the Estadio Caliente, which took place on Saturday.
Fernando Becerra Lizárraga, director of Innovation of the chain, indicated that the Max Grill Baja Fest seeks to exalt the quality of the meats and cuts in relation to the price.
He mentioned that for this event people will come from the Mexican Society of Parrilleros de Monterrey, there will be a barbecue, music contest, as well as the participation of restaurants, brewers, and wines from the region, as well as chef Cachanilla Antonio de Livier.
The music will feature the group Takón Machine and Los Amigos Invisibles.
He stressed that it is the first edition of the Max Grill Baja Fest, but they hope to continue with it for years to come.
