Mexico independence holiday will leave a billion pesos in Sinaloa

Hotel occupancy will exceed 95 percent in the entity, said Óscar Pérez Barros

 The Secretary of Tourism of the State Government, Óscar Pérez Barros, informed that on the occasion of the national holidays that come together with a long weekend an economic spill is estimated for more than one billion pesos in Sinaloa.

He said that there will be a hotel occupation of 95 percent throughout the entity, because the celebration of the 209 anniversary of the Independence of Mexico is an event that unites families.

“In the whole state we are above 95 percent occupancy, this that tells you, that we will be at 100 percent, more or less it will be up to one billion pesos, he said.  

Óscar Pérez clarified that the reservation of accommodation was not limited solely to the port of Mazatlan, since being a special date the 18 municipalities organize artistic events prior to the ceremony of the shout of independence from the mayors.
