Changi Airport occupies the first place of the World Airport Awards; and stands out for having among its attractions the highest indoor waterfall in the world, terrace with pool and even a cinema available 24/7, among others.

The government of Singapore would propose to the government of Andrés Manuel López Obrador to finish the New Mexico International Airport (NAIM) and clean it of all corruption.

Singapore, which wants to help Mexico rescue the NAIM, has the Changi airport that is considered the best in the world by Skytrax, the portal specialized in air transport.

Singapore’s Changi Airport contains the tallest indoor waterfall in the world: the Rain Vortex is one of a kind and part of the newest airport structure, after remodeling in 2018.

In addition, it offers travelers more than 300 shops, a pool on the terrace, a 24-hour cinema, a butterfly garden, and even a spa.

Among its services, the airport has playgrounds, art shows, outdoor and indoor gardens with trails, butterflies and flowers, swimming pool, jacuzzi, laundry, relaxation areas with massages included or city tours, designed for travelers with times high connection.

In addition, this year they have opened Terminal 4 and improved Terminal 1.

According to Skytrax, around 7,200 flights land or depart from Changi every week, that means there is approximately one flight every 80 seconds; and more than 100 airlines that fly to about 400 cities around 100 countries worldwide.

As every year, Skytrax awards the World Airport Awards to the best airports in the world, according to an opinion poll conducted to more than 13.73 million travelers from more than 100 different nationalities, between August 2017 and February 2018, covering 550 airports all the world.

The survey evaluates different airport services that range from check-in to arrivals and departures, transfers, security, purchases or immigration, among others.
