With traces of torture in different parts of their bodies and blindfold, two men were located on Monday night near the pradera dorado subdivision of this port. Both were found by police elements next to a public transport unit, known as Pulmonia.
It was along the Munich extension avenue that communicates the aforementioned subdivision with the Mazatlan-Tepic liberation, where the injured men were located, who were transferred to receive medical attention at a local hospital.
