Mazatlan, Sinaloa.- The low-pressure zone in the Pacific Ocean evolved into tropical storm Juliette during the early morning.
In the six-o’clock bulletin, the National Meteorological Service reported that at the time of its formation it was located 735 kilometers south-southwest of Manzanillo, Colima, with northwest travel at 11 kilometers per hour.
In its advance, the phenomenon presents winds of 75 kilometers per hour and gusts of 95 kilometers per hour according to the SMN report.
In the forecast, it is expected that tomorrow at one o’clock in the afternoon it will be category one hurricane and on day six it will degrade to a tropical storm.
In Sinaloa, the forecast is that a low-pressure channel will cause heavy rains, as well as in Durango and Nayarit.
