The president of the Mexican Chamber of Construction Industry delegation south zone said that in public works at the state level there are not many opportunities
Mazatlan, Sin.- The end of the year will be critical for the construction sector in southern Sinaloa, said Eleuterio Silva Trujillo, president of the Mexican Chamber of the Construction Industry, southern zone delegation, since there is no recourse to the public works, both state and federal, and there are even problems with private works, as there is no certainty on the part of investors.
Silva Trujillo said that the Center of the Ministry of Communications and Transportation Sinaloa are the only ones that have been carrying out work by the government, so that the director of the SCT, José Refugio Ávila Muro informed them that the tenders will be granted until 2020
“In matters of public works at the state level there are not many opportunities, we see a very difficult year-end, we are in the same conditions and perhaps worse here in the south, because most of the companies in the southern area are participating in tenders but we have not been favored ”.
The president of the CMIC pointed out that as for the federal resource he has not received support for work, and the fact that they say that an investment of millions of pesos is coming they are not participants, so they need to see the money reflected in the buyer, in tenders, and in judgments.
He said that between November and December of this year they will start tenders for the execution of works of the 2020 budget in which they are already working, therefore the members of the Mexican Chamber of the Construction Industry have three months to prepare.
