Mexican parents are sought for minors in temporary custody in California

The Consulates of Mexico in Santa Ana and San José California, through the liaison office of Foreign Relations and the Municipal Government of Mazatlan, request the collaboration of the citizens to locate the following people, who are urgently required due to that their minor children are in temporary custody in the United States of America.

The head of the liaison office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Mazatlan, Claudia Valdivia, together with the Municipal Government, join the social service to disseminate the information and find the parents of children who are outside of Mexican territory in temporary custody in the Juvenile Court in Orange County, and in the Department of Minors and Families in Santa Ana County, California.

Collaboration is requested to locate Mr. Francisco Villa, since his youngest daughter, Sarahy Villa is in custody in the Department of Minors and Families of Santa Ana County, California.

Collaboration is also requested to locate Mr. Efraín Badillo, Alejandro Torres and Hugo Moreno, as their children, Yuriel Castañeda, Alexis Torres and Serene Moreno are in temporary custody in the Juvenile Court in Orange County, California.
