Strong point storms in Chihuahua, Sinaloa, Morelos, State of Mexico, Puebla and Campeche; showers in sites of Tamaulipas, Zacatecas, San Luis Potosí, Querétaro, Hidalgo, Tlaxcala, Mexico City, Colima, Yucatán and Quintana Roo.

And isolated rains in Baja California Sur, Coahuila, Nuevo León and Guanajuato.

The winds and rains will be caused by the passage of the tropical wave number 28 that will cross the west of the country, two areas of atmospheric instability that cover the northwest and southeast of the national territory and the abundant entry of warm and humid air from the Pacific Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico.

During the day, temperatures above 45 degrees are estimated in regions of Baja California and Sonora, and from 40 to 45 degrees in areas of Baja California Sur, Sinaloa, Coahuila, Nuevo León, Tamaulipas, and Michoacán.

And from 35 to 40 degrees Celsius at sites in Nayarit, Jalisco, Colima, Guerrero, Oaxaca, Chiapas, Chihuahua, Durango, Zacatecas, San Luis Potosí, Hidalgo, Morelos, Veracruz, Tabasco, Campeche, Yucatan and Quintana Roo.

Given the high temperatures, it is recommended that the population attend the warnings issued by the SMN, Civil Protection and the state and municipal authorities, as well as take preventive measures such as hydrating and not exposing themselves to the sun for prolonged periods.
