Over 95 percent hotel occupancy, this weekend reported

Mazatlan, Sinaloa.- For the fourth consecutive week of the vacation period, Mazatlan was crowded with visitors who chose the port to vacation this summer.

The beaches, not as frequented as Easter, showed off with bathers who brought their parasols and food to spend the day.

Without any red flags, tourists took the opportunity to get into the water.

“It’s the first time we’ve come and it’s very beautiful and cheap, and apart from that we have to stay nearby, that’s why we chose Mazatlán,” said Verónica Lara, a visitor from Monclova, Coahuila.

“We chose Mazatlan because the weather lends itself very much to the beach, we have four days here and the truth is that everything is very nice, both the Historic Center and the Malecón and we loved the bicycles, it is a plus because you can walk around the Malecón “Commented Yael Castro, from Zacatecas.

In that sense, the president of the Association of Three Islands Hotels, José Ramón Manguart Sánchez, mentioned that the port reached up to 95 percent in hotel occupancy on Saturday.

“Right now (Sunday) we are at 60 percent, on Saturday we were at 95 percent occupancy and on Monday it increases,” he said.

The flow of tourists was also observed in the charioteers and pneumonia that circulated along Del Mar Avenue.
