Neighbors of Bucerías and La Cruz de Huanacaxtle of Bahía de Banderas, Nayarit, presume that tourism developments; Punta Esmeralda and Narval, do not have federal permits to carry out the construction of, until now, 7 breakwaters with hundreds of tons of stones thrown to the beach and the sea which causes a tremendous environmental impact, the transformation of these beautiful beaches and the blockade to walkers who like to walk from Bucerías to the Cruz de Huanacaxtle.
Complaints have been reported to PROFEPA as they point out, they do not have the manifestation of environmental impact and therefore federal permission and to the City council of Bay of Banderas, Nayarit, but there has been no answer, the works continue, but also the denunciations.
