Mazatlan, Sinaloa.- The National Institute of Migration in Sinaloa is ready to launch the program called “Paisano”, with which they will guide travelers who cross or come to feel disoriented about their location, or present a problem, through road maps, triptychs or complaints of abuse of authority in their journey, informed Jesús Heraldez Pérez.
“More than anything, it is being support and guidance to each of the countrymen who visit us during this time. Provide security in case they have a complaint against us, against a municipal, state or federal authority, give them a guide to file the complaint, the complaint or what they have to do. “
The subdelegate of the Migration Office in Sinaloa, explained that there will be 3 modules that will work to provide the service, one will be at the Rafael Buelna International Airport in Mazatlan, the second at kilometer 26 of the maxipista in the Marble booth and the third in the bus station of Culiacán.
The modules will operate from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., from June 17 to August 19; and each one will have their respective officers.
Heraldez Pérez mentioned that about two thousand applications were received last year, so he expects the public to approach requesting information from these modules.
He added that before the program of repatriates they are still waiting for the federal government to authorize them if they will continue implementing it and will continue doing it in the same way as in the past administration.
