Mexico forecast of torrential storms in some states, strong heat in others

As rainstorms continue over Mexico, torrential torrential storms are expected in Tamaulipas, Puebla and Veracruz, the National Meteorological Service (SMN) reported.

They added that intense storms also forecast in regions of Michoacán, Guerrero, Hidalgo, Oaxaca and Chiapas; very strong local storms in Coahuila, Nuevo León, San Luis Potosí, Jalisco, Guanajuato, Queretaro, Tlaxcala and Morelos.

As well as strong storms in areas of Chihuahua, Durango, Zacatecas, Aguascalientes, Colima, State of Mexico and Tabasco; rain showers in Mexico City, Nayarit and Campeche, and isolated rains in Sinaloa, Yucatan and Quintana Roo, Notimex reports.

The body dependent on the National Water Commission (Conagua) reported that during Tuesday, the area of ​​low pressure with high probability of cyclonic development will move parallel to the coasts of Veracruz and Tamaulipas.

Strong winds are estimated with gusts of more than 60 kilometers per hour (km / h) in Sonora, Durango, Nuevo León, Tamaulipas, San Luis Potosí and with the possible formation of whirlwinds in Chihuahua and Coahuila, as well as gusts of wind greater than 40 km / h in Baja California Sur, Campeche, Yucatan and Quintana Roo.

As for temperatures, values ​​of 40 to 45 degrees Celsius are estimated in areas of Sinaloa, Nayarit, Jalisco, Michoacán and Guerrero.

And from 35 to 40 degrees Celsius in Sonora, Chihuahua, Coahuila, Nuevo Leon, Colima, Morelos, Campeche, Yucatan and Quintana Roo.
