Darío Flota Ocampo, head of the CPTQ, informed NITU.mx that the agency has already sent 80 letters to the ambassadors and they have received 40 responses.

“We already made a letter to the ambassadors presenting us and requesting the names of a link to be our contact, in fact the hoteliers have offered accommodation and attention to the Ambassadors when they agree to come to be training in person here in the state” , he explained. ( CPTQ and hoteliers meet and elaborate a joint promotion plan for the Mexican Caribbean ).

He said that there is a good response, and one of the managers in the United States is already in accepted.
Although there are responses, they are going to make new letters addressed to the consulates, because the Ambassadors, for example, from the United States, already have a job in Washington, so now they will address the consuls.

Regarding the Arab Emirates, they have a proposal from an operator in Dubai with whom they had contact for a few years and who proposes a representation, but in reality, it is an internal campaign through seminars, talks, presentations, and local seminars.
