Reyes Machaín said that the Urban Development Master Plan was conceptualized in 2011 and approved in 2014, through the Municipal Planning Institute.
“From 2014 to date, economic conditions, tourism, are totally different to those we are living,” he agreed.
“In the Municipal Urban Development Plan that was approved in 2014 by the Municipal Institute of Planning, it comes in the last sections, in the annexes, there are established the coefficients of use and occupation of the land,” he added.

One of the developers, Jesús Edén Martínez, said that currently there are between 25 and 30 constructions stopped by the complaints of the settlers.
