A jury filed charges of aggravated assault with a weapon against “Lady Frijoles” and her sister for allegedly assaulting the landlady where they lived.

The authorities of Dallas, Texas, filed formal charges on Wednesday against Mirian Zelaya Gómez, nicknamed ” Lady Frijoles “, and her sister, Mirna, for an incident of aggression to the landlady who sheltered them.

A grand jury filed accusations of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon against both Hondurans for the attack reported on March 26 at about 11:19 pm in the home of Alba Escobar Andrade.

The news comes after reports that Zelaya Gómez and his sister were released because the alleged victim did not attend a hearing.

For its part, the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Service ( ICE ) detailed that the arrest in Dallas is the first of Lady Beans .

However, the agency said that Mirian Zelaya Gomez had initial contact with the agency on November 25, at the port of entry to the United States of San Ysidro, California.

While her sister was intervened on February 5, 2016 near Rio Grande City.

Although both were summoned to an Immigration Court, Mirna did not attend, so the authorities ordered her deportation on August 1, 2016. It is unknown how she was residing in Texas.

Mirian, who had asylum, arrived in the country, last November, in the first migrant caravan of Central Americans.

It was nicknamed ” Lady Frijoles ” after she called food for pigs that food that was given to her in Mexico in the middle of an interview.
