The mayor Luis Guillermo Benitez Torres said he does not know the situation, so they will only dedicate themselves to maintaining that area so that visibility is not obstructed

Mazatlan, Sinaloa.- The arms at railroad crossings was a dream that Mazatlán managed to reach only for instants, since a few days after being installed they were destroyed by motorists, according to the administration headed by Joel Bouciéguez Lizárraga.

However, until now it is not known what will happen to them, because several months after being destroyed, the municipal president, Luis Guillermo Benítez Torres, declared that he does not know the situation of the same.

“I do not know, you have to follow up. There is a commitment from Ferrocarriles, from the Ministry of Communications and Transportation and the City of Mazatlan, it is tripartite, “he said.

However, ‘Químico’ Benítez said that this area will be pruned so that there can be a correct visibility and thus avoid accidents.

“We are going to give maintenance to these areas so that there is visibility and see what agreements came in the past and past administration that started the negotiations, and depending on this we will act,” he concluded.
