Mazatlan, Sinaloa.- The City Council will provide free wireless Internet service in all the police stations of the municipality in the coming weeks, and this same service will arrive at the facilities of the Citizen Security Center, revealed the Municipal President, Luis Guillermo Benítez Torres.

The Chemist explained that this will be a huge step for the benefit of the Mazatlan population, in addition to the federal project included in the National Development Plan, which aims to reach all the syndicates and police stations in the rural areas of the country.

The Internet in the Citizen Security Center, on the other hand, will allow the property to be adequate for the total of the elements of the Municipal Public Security Secretariat to move to the new facilities and comply with the objective of guaranteeing the security of the Mazatlecan society.

He added that currently, Mazatlan is one of the two cities in Sinaloa in which the tests of this federal project are being carried out to enable the free wireless Internet service also in public spaces, such as parks and gardens in the city.
