Sinaloa Governor confirms electricity subsidy until October

Quirino Ordaz Coppel, governor of Sinaloa, confirmed that the electricity subsidy is official from May to the last day of October

Culiacán, Sinaloa .- The state governor, Quirino Ordaz Coppel, announced to have signed the agreement to formalize the subsidy of electric power before the Federal Electricity Commission (CFE) which will end in October.

This year will be 400 million pesos which will be allocated and that will benefit thousands of families who were economically affected by the high costs of this service. 

The state governor considers that it is a great support and that this will begin to be reflected as of the first of May. It is worth mentioning that this resource will be designated for domestic consumption.    

This agreement was made on Wednesday in a meeting held with the Ministry of Finance and the CFE. 

This benefit will be held until October 31, which is when the summer season ends and the winter season begins, highlighting that users will be able to see this support reflected in their receipts, since it is during the next month when the consumption of the energy by turning on the air conditioners due to the arrival of the heat season.
