Culiacán, Sin.- Four helicopters with overflights over the air will watch the beaches of Sinaloa during this Holy Week 2019, the director of the State Civil Protection Institute, Francisco Vega Meza, announced.

He explained that there are three official aircraft owned by the State Government and how each holiday period will distribute one in each zone.

“We have always had in the Holy Week three helicopters, one in the southern zone, central zone, and another in the northern zone,” he said.

The points to watch are Mazatlán, Altata in Navolato, Topolobampo and Maviri in Los Mochis and Bellavista in Guasave.

The state official explained that the fourth helicopter is owned by a private company that was obtained by volunteers from Salvador Alvarado Firefighters to watch the Bellavista beach in Guasave, where most of the bathers are Salvadorans.

Vega Meza added that they are only waiting for the civil aeronautical permit to fly this helicopter.
