General Luis Cresencio Sandoval González, Secretary of National Defense, presented this morning the uniforms of campaign and proximity that will use the elements that will integrate the National Guard.
At a press conference at the II Military Zone in Tijuana, Baja California, accompanied by President Andrés Manuel López Obrador, the command indicated that uniforms in gray and black colors camouflaged for field personnel, and in dark and gray for agents of proximity, they will carry a bracelet and identifiers on the back with the initials GN, of the National Guard.
General Sandoval González explained that the garments for all personnel will be prepared in the workshops of the Ministry of National Defense, and detailed that in a month and a half the National Guard agents will wear this type of clothing.
On the other hand, President López Obrador announced that no later than three months, 150 of the 266 territorial coordinations of the National Guard will be in operation.

In turn, the Secretary of Public Safety Ciudadan, Alfonso Durazo, noted that the laws on the use of force and the National Registry of Detainees, which are the regulations of the constitutional articles that gave rise to the National Guard, will be presented next week.
In budgetary matters, said that because the elements that make up the National Guard are accompanied by their own resources, the impact will be reflected only to the new elements and the construction of infrastructure, which this year will be between 15,000 and 20,000 million pesos .
This, said the federal official, to have a deployment throughout the country in the 266 regions, starting with 150, with 80,000 elements in the first three months.
