ExLeader “Elba Esther Gordillo” of corrupt teachers union puts San Diego mansions on the market for 8.5 million USD

The exleader of the National Union of Education Workers (SNTE), Elba Esther Gordillo, put on sale two mansions in San Diego, California, valued at almost 8.5 million dollars.

A real estate ad, published this week, promotes one of the mansions that has seven rooms, a spa, a pool on a terraceeight and a half bathrooms and is located on 1 Green Turtle Road, according to information collected by Sin Embargo.

This residence overlooks the bay, between Coronado Island and downtown San Diego, including the Playas de Tijuana area, Baja California, and is valued at four thousand 500 million dollars  (more than 86 million 700 thousand pesos ).

The property represents a “rare opportunity to build the house of your dreams”because the size of the land is greater than that of the building, according to the announcement.

The other house was put on sale for three million 995 thousand dollars  (more than 77 million pesos) and is located at number 23 of the same street, inside a private luxury.

It is a “beautiful coastal property, unique in its class. [It’s] one of the magnificent beachfront properties in the Coronado Keys, which are highly coveted, ” says the ad that promotes the sale of the property .

The residence has nine bedrooms , nine and a half bathrooms , a pool , an own dock of ten meters, and according to the announcement, it is a “rare opportunity to get a property in that luxury area”.

Both properties are sold by the US national real estate agency , representative of the Mexican firm Comercializadora TTS de México SA. of CV.

The cost of the house at 23 Green Turtle Road was one million 150 thousand dollars, when it was acquired, in 1991; while the one located at number one on the same street, was four million, in 2010.

According to the registry, both mansions would have been paid in cash.

Gordillo Morales, born in Comitán, Chiapas, in 1945, has been a federal deputy and senator for the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI), of which she was secretary general between 2002 and 2005. When Enrique Peña Nieto arrived in power, she was accused of corruption and faced different legal processes. She was held in the Tepepan Women’s Prison for money laundering and organized crime until he had access to house arrest. She returned to live in Polanco, a neighborhood of well-off people in the capital of the Republic.
