Culiacan seek to develop a map of safe streets for cyclists

Mapasin invites cyclists to attend tomorrow from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., at the Mapasin offices, located at Calle Ignacio Zaragoza 392 west. corner with Donato Guerra, in the Center.

Culiacán, Sinaloa.- The project called Calles Seguras for Cyclists , aims to promote the use of bicycles as a means of transportation in Culiacán , through the development of a methodology focused on the evaluation of street safety for cyclists and in this way give recommendations and tips to travel more safely by bicycle.

Mapasin , the Mobility Directorate of the Secretariat of Sustainable Development and the Implan, are in the technical development of a map that allows knowing the best streets so that cyclists can circulate safel, as part of the actions aimed at promoting the use of the bicycle as a means of transport.

In order to develop the project, a call to the layout of this map has been launched through social networks, since the greatest possible citizen participation is needed.
