That is the amount they estimate, will cost Mexico for canceling the construction of the air terminal.

The president and founder of Consultores Internacionales (CI), Julio A. Millán Bojalil, assured that each Mexican will pay 3 thousand 290 pesos for the cancellation of the New International Airport of Mexico (NAIM).  We recommend: Jiménez Espriú contradicts AMLO: there were no deposits of stolen gas in NAIM Millán stressed that they seek to know what is proposed by the government of Andrés Manuel López Obrador in this matter, and know how much this cancellation will cost and in some way negotiate the losses and consequences that will be had.

“It will cost money to all Mexicans, according to the calculation we have, each Mexican is going to pay 3 thousand 290 pesos for lost funds, that will pay each one, for canceling it (the NAIM),” he said. He indicated that they do not have the certainty of how much it will mean to create the new one in Santa Lucia ; “I think it’s a decision that I wish wisdom fell on the top brass of the current government and said I think it’s better for us to continue with what we already have (Texcoco) to cancel it.” The most important thing is to clarify, clean, and finally know how much this decision will cost us; It seems to me that canceling the New Mexico International Airport ( NAIM ) is one of the worst decisions that this government has taken. He explained that the bonds that are in the FIBRA of NAIM (FNAIM) are guaranteed movable property and real estate, so it is more viable to continue with the works than to cancel everything. “The part related to income and cash flows, you are guaranteed with the Airport Use Tariff (TUA), but you also have the guarantee of the structure of the investment made in real estate, which was made in Texcoco”
