In the framework of the seventh edition, the board of directors of “Jeeperos”, the State Secretariat of Tourism and the City Council of Concordia, invite those who like adventure tourism to participate in the route of the Route Maz 4 × 4, from 1 to 3 of the next month of February in Copala “Pueblo Señorial”.

Miguel Ángel Manríquez, Senior Officer of Concordia, commented on the interesting nature of promoting tourism and the natural wealth of Copala, which with this event expects to receive more than 500 visitors during three days, for which a festival and a popular party were prepared.

The Route is organized by Club Maz 4X4, which will celebrate 14 years of foundation with this edition, in which they expect the participation of some 200 four-wheel drive vehicles, coming from the states of Sinaloa, Durango, Zacatecas, Jalisco, Mexico City and guests from Texas. among other places, which have already confirmed their attendance, informed Guillermo Soto.

He said that it is a group of “Jeeperos” of Mazatlan that was united with the purpose of promoting family coexistence, entertainment in route tours in four-wheel drive vehicles and the promotion of the port and its surroundings.

The first day will be an exhibition of vehicles from 3:00 pm in the square of the venue and Mayor Felipe Garzón will open at 8:00 pm; On Saturday February 2 there will be two departures, the first at 8:30 am and the second at 9:30 am to the town of Habal de Copala, where they will mark the beginning of what will be a route that will last around 7 to 8 hours.

On Sunday they will leave at 10 in the morning with destination to Villa Union, where they will set up an off-road track on one side of the river, which will conclude the activities.
