Weather service reports strong storms for Sinaloa due to Cold Front

States bordering Sinaloa will have very low temperatures.

The National Weather Service predicted that the air mass associated with the Cold Front Number 25 will cause very cold weather in the morning and night in much of Mexico and estimates that sleet or freezing rainfall in the mountains of Chihuahua and Durango as well As strong storms are recorded, they are forecast for Chihuahua, Durango, and Sinaloa.

Likewise, it estimates that a North event will be generated with gusts exceeding 70 kilometers per hour in the areas of the Isthmus and the Gulf of Tehuantepec.

Due to this, it is estimated that temperatures of 5 degrees below zero will be recorded in the mountains of Chihuahua, Durango, Veracruz, Puebla, Tlaxcala, and Estado de México.

Likewise, it estimates temperatures between 5 degrees below zero and zero degrees in the cordilleras of Baja California, Sonora, Coahuila, Nuevo Leon, Zacatecas and Hidalgo, and between 0 and 5 degrees in the mountains of Tamaulipas, Jalisco, Michoacán, Aguascalientes, San Luis Potosí, Guanajuato, Querétaro, and Morelos.

 

The National Meteorological Service reports that the forecast of strong storms is also valid for southern Veracruz, Oaxaca, Tabasco, and Chiapas, while rainfall intervals are estimated in Sonora, Coahuila, Nuevo Leon, and Campeche.

Similarly estimated isolated rains in Baja California Sur, Tamaulipas, San Luis Potosi, Nayarit, Jalisco, Colima, Hidalgo, Puebla, Yucatan and Quintana Roo.

Finally, it states that the Cold Front Number 25 of the season will extend over the Gulf of Mexico and the southeast of the Mexican Republic.
