The Ministry of Finance and Public Credit (SHCP) and the CNBV informed that as of January 1, all federal government personnel is integrated into the social security scheme provided by the Social Security and Services Institute of State Workers (ISSSTE).
According to a statement, this obeys the austerity strategy of the federal government.
“In accordance with this strategy of austerity of the Federal Government and ensuring at all times for the protection of the health of the CNBV community, it is reported that, as of January 1, 2019, all employees (operatives, middle managers) and superiors) and retired staff of our institution is integrated into the social security scheme provided by the Institute of Security and Social Services of State Workers (ISSSTE). This will apply to all units of the Federal Government without exception. “
