Some of the cases could pose a serious risk to the municipality’s finances

 The new municipal administration headed by Luis Guillermo Benitez Torres has found 300 litigation that the City Council has pending and some of them constitute a serious financial risk for municipal finances.

Evaluation

This was noted yesterday by the councilor for Morena, Rodolfo Cardona. He mentioned, however, that in these first nine days of government, the new administration is just doing a review of cases handled by the Legal Department to establish the situation in which the City Council is located. 

All municipal directors are just discovering in what conditions they left the dependencies, he said, it will be until after November 15 when the City makes a general diagnosis on the financial, operational and legal situation in which the municipality is located.
