Mazatlan, Sinaloa.- Childhood cancer affects more children than is believed in the entity, said Cindy Rodríguez, coordinator of A Todos nos CompeteRecycle with Cause.

In just three hours, 163 braids were gathered and girls, young women, and adults were still coming to participate.

The association brings together 17 companies with responsibility and made the Trenzatapatón to collect braids and caps, to help in the treatment of children suffering from cancer.

While the caps that are recycled are sent to a company in Guadalajara that pays them at a good price and the resource is sent to the hospital to buy more material for the treatment of children.

Lucia is a young girl who donated her hair. She explained that when they invited her, they explained what her hair was used for and she did not think twice.

He called on women or men who have long hair to donate it.

The hair grows, but a child without treatment can lose his life. If everyone can contribute to give smiles, donate their hair.

They can also help by attaching plastic caps. These wastes can help cure children.
