The service will start before the end of the year and will be concessioned, confirms Álvaro Echave Ruelas, Secretary of Sustainable Development.
A public bicycle system will also be integrated into the modernization of public transportation in Sinaloa, and Mazatlán will be the first city in the state to have it, said Álvaro Ruelas Echave, secretary of Sustainable Development in the state.
At the outset, he said, Mazatlan, Culiacan, and Ahome are expected to join this system before the end of the year.
