Mazatlan, Sinaloa.- The National Meteorological Service (SMN) reported that tropical storm Rosa is located off the coast of the Baja California Peninsula and its cloud bands cover Baja California, northern Baja California Sur and western Sonora.

The tropical storm is located 225 kilometers west-southwest of Punta Eugenia, Baja California Sur. In Mazatlan, Sinaloa, there is rain generated by tropical storm Rosa, which is expected to touch land during this afternoon in Baja California.

They fell 16.9 mm of precipitation and this caused several floods to be flooded, such as the Insurgentes, part of Avenida la Marina and Sinaloa.
