The tropical depression 19-E and Isaac will cause torrential storms in the north and severe storms in southeastern Mexico.

The remnants of tropical depression 19-E and Isaac will cause torrential storms in the north of the country and intense storms in the southeast of the country , the National Meteorological Service (SMN) reported.
