Mexico.-The forecast for the following hours is of intense punctual rains in  Tamaulipas, Zacatecas, San Luis Potosi, Queretaro, Hidalgo, Puebla, Veracruz, Oaxaca, Tabasco, and Chiapas ; very heavy rains in the regions of Nuevo León, Guanajuato, Nayarit , Jalisco, Michoacan , Guerrero, Campeche, Yucatan and Quintana Roo and the strong local waters in Sinaloa, Durango, Aguascalientes, Colima, Tlaxcala, State of Mexico, Mexico City and Morelos, which will be accompanied by electric shocks, hail fall and strong winds , reported the National Meteorological Service (SMN).

Likewise, the event of Mar de Fondo on the Mexican Pacific coast will continue, from Chiapas to Jalisco, with waves of 1.5 to 2.5 meters, a condition that will prevail in the following days.

The Cold Front Number 1 extended in northeastern Tamaulipas, the inflow of hot and humid air from the Gulf of Mexico, an area of instability with 30% of cyclonic potential located southwest of the Jalisco coast and another with 70% potential cyclonic located in the northwest of Yucatan , are the systems that will cause the conditions described above.

Today the subtropical storm Joyce was formed in the Atlantic Ocean, more than 4 thousand 500 kilometers (km) northeast of the coasts of Quintana Roo and thousand 395 km west-southwest of the Azores Islands, with maximum, sustained winds of 75 km / h, gusts of 95 km / h and displacement towards the southwest at 9 km / h.

In the same basin,  Florence  degraded to category 3 hurricane on the Saffir-Simpson scale ; It was located approximately 1,800 km northeast of the coasts of Quintana Roo and 615 km southeast of Wilmington, North Carolina, United States of America, with maximum sustained winds of 195 km / h, gusts of 240 km / h and displacement towards the northwest at 26 km / h.
