Mazatlan, Sinaloa.- The Military Civic Parade of the Independence of Mexico will return to the street Aquiles Serdán , which will travel completely from Zaragoza to Alemán, reported Fernando Sarabia Villegas, director of the Municipal Patriotic Board.

“We are inviting all the people to register the place where the parade will take place , since the remodeling of the boarding of the boardwalk, it was changed to the City Center , will be starting at 8 o’clock in the morning” said the official.

The Mexican Army, the Navy of Mexico, the Military School and some 19 educational institutions will participate in the parade.

“But that’s not the important thing, the important thing is that the Mazatlecos enjoy it, that the parents of the participants come to see it, that everyone gets involved in the parade ,” said the Municipal President.
Sarabia Villegas said that the Fiestas Patrias begins with the commemoration of the feat of the Niños Héroes, which are not part of the independence but in the later defense of the Nation, with a celebration organized by the Mexican Army in La Puntilla, in point from 9:00 on September 13.

On Saturday the 15th, he said, the Institute of Culture has prepared an entire artistic show prior to the Grito de Independencia, starting at 6:00 p.m., on the esplanade of Plazuela República, as the highlight, will be the Sonora Dynamite.

At 11 o’clock, Mayor José Joel Bouciéguez Lizárraga will give the Cry of Independence, he said.

The Protocol for the Independence Cry is carried out by the Patriotic Board, the Mexican Army, with the Escort, Warband and troops that carry the previous official ceremony.

He invited all the Mazatlecos to participate in the three civic ceremonies that mark the history of Mexico.

The official said that the parade will be agile and with an approximate duration of one hour, so as not to punish vehicular traffic.
