It is a new lodging center that will be built on Sabalo Cerritos Avenue, next to where your first hotel is located in Mazatlan.

The new hotel will generate more than 200 new jobs, will consist of four floors with 312 rooms and common areas, as well as a solarium, three pools, bar, pool, playground, splash park, and annex buildings.
The project was presented yesterday in the municipal presidency by the Secretary of Economic Development, Raúl Llera. He mentioned that it is not an extension, but a new hotel in this chain, for which there is still no start date for construction. Along with this new lodging center will come more investments. Llera Martínez added that it will add a portfolio of 67 more projects for Mazatlan, such as villas, condo-hotels, subdivisions, plazas, industries, and businesses.
With this, the municipal administration will close its period with a private investment of over 9 billion pesos.
