Mazatlan, Sinaloa.- Until August 31, the Municipal Water and Sewerage Board of Mazatlan will be receiving the documentation to update or process the pensioner discount.
Users who have not taken their papers to the central offices of the municipal are still in time to do so and thus be able to enjoy this benefit.
The process is both to update the information of those who already have the discount and for those who wish to obtain it for the period 2018-2019.
All they have to do is go to the JUMAPAM headquarters with a copy of the current water bill, which must be in the pensioner’s name, a copy of the IMSS resolution, a pension grant by the ISSSTE or a credential. retired from the institution and a copy of the INE credential.
If the pensioner, due to physical problems, can not go to the offices of JUMAPAM to carry out their procedure, another person may come to request an inspection visit to the corresponding address.
This procedure has no cost and is only for domestic use.
The central offices of JUMAPAM are located on Avenida Gabriel Leyva and Emilio Barragán. The hours of operation are from 8:00 in the morning to 3:00 in the afternoon.
