Start a productive project to introduce coffee farming in communities of Chirimoyos and La Petaca, a year ago affected by massive episodes of forced displacement.

One of the most expensive coffees in the world will be planted in the southern highlands of the state of Sinaloa.

A total of 18,731 seeds of Geisha coffee has arrived in the communities of Chirimoyos and La Petaca, in the municipality of Concordia, to start with the coffee – growing project, which seeks to rescue communities hurt by violence and marginalization.

Under the concept of “Manos de mujer de la sierra sinaloense”, it will not be any coffee. It will gather special characteristics in its germination, sowing and cultivation processes, as well as in its social background since there are consumers of high purchasing power around the world, willing to pay a surcharge to combine the pleasure of a unique coffee with that of helping.
