The State Commission for Protection against Sanitary Risks of Sinaloa reported that the 22 beaches of the six main tourist destinations of the state, Navolato, Mazatlan, Guasave, Ahome, Culiacan and Escuinapa, are suitable for recreational use in this holiday season.
Jorge Alan Urbina Vidales, owner of COEPRISS, said that the water quality monitoring system is strictly maintained throughout the year in Sinaloa, in accordance with Mexican official standards, conducting sampling to perform bacteriological analysis and physicochemical along with sanitary checks and health promotion actions to ensure the welfare of the population and tourists.
