The Municipal Public Security Secretariat already implements the surveillance operation on the occasion of the summer holiday period.
The head of the preventive corporation, Joel Ernesto Soto, reported that these actions involve only elements of the municipal police and reinforcements from other corporations are not contemplated.
He said that an important part of the operation is the surveillance provided in school zones to prevent vandalism in educational facilities.
For this, they coordinate with the educational authorities, the neighbors of the houses next to the schools and the personnel that supervises the schools, such as Watchmen or janitors to attend any call for support that is presented during the rest period.
